Product Description:

The GE Mark V DS215GASQG4AZZ01A is an integrated Drive Control Card that combines the core functionality of the DS200SDCCG4AEC (main drive control module) and the DS200SLCCG3ACC (LAN communications auxiliary card), tailored for GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System. As a cohesive unit, it centralizes drive control, signal processing, and LAN communication capabilities, ensuring seamless operation of gas, steam, or wind turbine drives while leveraging Mark V’s legacy Speedtronic control technology.


The DS200SDCCG4AFD base module houses three specialized microprocessors:

Drive Control Processor (DCP): Manages decoding, direct memory access (DMA), and system-level input/output (I/O);
Motor Control Processor (MCP): Handles DC/AC motor control functions such as phase control;
Co-Motor Processor (CMP): Processes math-intensive tasks beyond the MCP’s capacity.


It also includes shared RAM for simultaneous multi-processor access, 10 front-panel LEDs for real-time function monitoring and fault detection (displaying fault codes in binary coded decimal/BCD or binary based on fault severity), and configurable hardware (Berg-type JP jumpers and WJ wire jumpers, mostly factory-set) for system optimization. The DS200SLCCG3ACC auxiliary card adds LAN communication functionality, enabling the unit to integrate with local area networks and expand connectivity and data exchange with other system components.

Intuitive Fault Diagnostics: 10 LEDs provide clear visual feedback on system status; fault codes (in BCD or binary) allow quick identification of issues, reducing troubleshooting time.


Configurable & Expandable: Factory-set JP/WJ jumpers ensure out-of-the-box compatibility, while standoffs on the DS200SDCCG4AEC support additional optional cards (e.g., signal processors) for future function expansion.


Safe Installation & Replacement: Power disconnection is required during maintenance; EPROM modules from faulty units can be reused on replacement boards, and nylon washers prevent screw damage—ensuring secure and long-lasting assembly.
